Our Pattern Master Designs the Products Pattern According to Sample or Given Instruction by Our Customers
Production:
Leather Tanning we always used imported chemicals to maintain the leather quality & life.
Coloring:
Leather Coloring is done very carefully to avoid any color shade paneling.
Cutting:
Once the Customers approved the samples and sizing we use the same pattern for cutting in bulk Production
Printing:
We always prefer high quality ink under the supervision of quality printing master from which our all customers are very satisfied & happy
Stitching:
Our all stitching is done as approved samples with high quality thread ,there are live checker in stitching department to make sure the quality ,sizing & stitching as per Approved samples
Quality Control:
On complete of Stitching, we have another QC Level to make sure the quality Sizing etc, in case of any alteration this department.Is bound to send back these faulty items back to stitching department for alteration our highly skilled craftsman & dedicated staff are working with great endeavor in order to win optimal satisfactions of our Customers
Packing:
After final QC Department the gloves are now in Packing department .where all packing is done as pr customers requirement with this approved packing style bar code &Number of Pack etc. and ready to Dispatch .
